Delete connected-service data
You can disconnect Facebook or Instagram in MADCRM at any time. You can also ask us to delete the personal information and Meta Platform Data associated with your account.

Disconnect Facebook or Instagram
- Sign in to the relevant MADCRM company or client workspace.
- Open Marketing → Social Planner or the relevant Meta integration settings.
- Open connected accounts and choose Disconnect for each Facebook Page or Instagram account you no longer want MADCRM to use.
- You can also remove MADCRM from your Facebook settings under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations. Removing it there revokes future access but does not by itself delete records already stored in MADCRM.
Request deletion
Submit a request through MADCRM support or email [email protected] using the address associated with your MADCRM or Meta connection. Include:
- your name and email address;
- the MADCRM business or workspace name;
- the Facebook Page or Instagram account concerned, if known;
- whether you want only Meta connection data removed or your entire MADCRM account deleted.
We will acknowledge the request, verify that the requester is authorised and normally complete a valid request within one month. We will explain if law, security or another person’s rights require us to retain limited information.
What is removed
For a verified Meta-data deletion request, MADCRM removes or anonymises the associated Meta user identifier, access tokens, connected account records and cached Meta content that is no longer required. Revoking a connection stops future retrieval and publishing.
Lead or contact information submitted to a business may be a separate business record controlled by that MADCRM customer. We will send that part of the request to the relevant customer or tell you how to contact them so the record can be handled under their retention obligations.
Confirmation
When processing is complete, we will confirm the outcome using the verified contact details supplied with the request. Keep that confirmation for your records.
