Using MADCRM
These terms apply to organisations that subscribe to MADCRM and the authorised people who use their account.
Last updated: 19 October 2026
Account authority
The subscribing organisation is responsible for its MADCRM account and for everyone it authorises to use the service. Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and promptly remove access that is no longer required.
Acceptable use
You must use MADCRM lawfully and must not use it to infringe another person’s rights, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, upload malicious content, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or access data you are not authorised to use.
Customer data
The customer retains responsibility for the business data it places in MADCRM, including having an appropriate lawful basis and giving any required privacy information to its contacts. The customer grants MADCRM permission to process that data only as needed to provide, secure and support the service.
Third-party integrations
Integrations such as Meta, Google, Microsoft and Box are optional and remain subject to the relevant provider’s terms and availability. A user may connect only accounts, Pages, businesses and other assets they are authorised to manage. MADCRM will act on instructions given through the connected account, including retrieving data or publishing content.
Subscriptions and availability
Paid access, renewals, cancellation and any trial conditions are governed by the plan shown when the organisation subscribes. We work to keep MADCRM available and secure, but maintenance, provider outages and events outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect features.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect customers or the service, respond to unlawful use, address non-payment or comply with legal obligations. On termination, the customer should export information it needs within any period stated in its subscription arrangement.
Liability and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any additional commercial terms agreed with the subscribing organisation take priority where they conflict with this public summary. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
